Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Product-specific commercial terms control where different. Unless an Order Form states otherwise:

• Customers may cancel according to the notice period stated in their subscription/order.
• Unused subscription periods are not automatically refundable unless the applicable offer or law provides otherwise.
• Custom development, implementation, training, migration and other services already performed are generally non-refundable.
• Where Wisdsol offers a trial, the trial may expire or convert according to the disclosed plan terms.
• Refund requests should be submitted to info@wisdsol.com with the account and payment details needed to investigate.
• Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
